Hi Geerija – At your age, this is bit uncommon. However there is nothing to worry.
First and foremost, make sure to tone your muscles. Gently apply 15-20 minutes of gentle massage with olive oil. It will tone up your muscles.
Simple Egg White Mask – Apply egg white directly on the affected areas. Wait for 20 minutes before it gets dried. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
Stay Hydrated – Drink lot of water/juices as it will boost your metabolism.
Eat well – Include foods with lots of protein and antioxidant. Don’t take stress.
Please continue this regimen for one week and you will get visible results.
