Hi Ritika – To be honest , you need to lead a holistic lifestyle to address the situation. Drink plenty of water, sleep for 8-9 hours a day, ditch junk or oily food and do regular exercise to stimulate your metabolism.
Make sure to clean your face atleast 4-5 times a day to remove any excess oil. Apply multani mitti and that’s the best solution if you are looking for a long term result.
