Hi Neethu – Let’s understand why we need to soak almonds first. There is enzyme inhibitor present in the skin of the almonds which is bit difficult to digest and it stops the release of absorbable nutrients. That’s why soaked almond is preferred.
There is a misconception the almond can cause acne by making your skin oily. Almonds contain healthy monounsaturated fats and you can have almonds (soaked) without any worry.
