Hi Ruchi – This is quite a common problem and there is nothing alarming. Please be patient. Although there is no magic mantra to address the issue, you can try following –
Go for a High-Carb, Low-Fat Diet (Your diet seems fine)
Opt for Lipid Bursting Massages
Get an Abdominal Belt
Do abdominal crunch for 15-20 minutes a day. Increase it to 30 minutes after some time.
Please note that you will not see immediate result. Wait for atleast one month to see any visible changes.
