Hi - First you need ask yourself few questions to address the issue.
1.) Do you use a cleanser to remove excess oil and dirt from your skin ? If not, please do consider this as applying a gentle cleanser/face wash (for oily skin) to remove oil will significantly decrease the chances of having breakouts.
2.) Do you eat junk or oily food regularly? If yes, please remember that regular intake of such foods will aggregate the problem.
3.) Sleep well, do exercise and take enough sleep. That’s the mantra.
