Hi Sana – Sorry for the delayed response. As you know, hair loss could be because of thyroid, stress, food habits, and work life balance etc. So if you can rule out the thyroid related issues that will be great.
I would suggest you to try some breathing exercises to combat stress. Doing Meditation or Pranayama on a regular basis would help you.
Go for an anti dandruff shampoo (preferably herbal shampoo) on a regular basis and make sure to completely get rid of the dandruff. If required go for a dandruff oil too.
Also exfoliate the scalp every time before you apply dandruff shampoo to remove dead flakes.
I believe if you can address these two issues (dandruff and stress), you will notice positive changes.
